## WYSIWYG and Almost WYSIWYG
- WYSIWYG: the photo shows the exact coral that ships to you.
- Almost WYSIWYG: a clone cut from the mother colony shown; size or polyp count may vary slightly, with the same quality and coloration.
- No frags are sold fresh-cut; every piece heals and grows out for at least two weeks before listing.

- Zoanthids and palythoa: single WYSIWYG frags, colonies and zoa rock gardens
- LPS corals: hammers, chalices, scolymia, trachyphyllia, acans, lobophyllia, favia, blastomussa, candy cane, cynarina, leptoseris
- SPS corals: montipora, acropora, anacropora, pocillopora, cyphastrea
- Soft corals: leathers and toadstools, mushrooms, nephthea, xenia, clove polyps, photosynthetic gorgonians
- Zoanthid frag packs, including build-your-own packs
- Macroalgae, cleanup crew and live sponge
- Aquarium supplies: coral dips, coral foods, test kits, frag plugs and tiles, coral glue
- Equipment: reef lighting, powerheads, return pumps and protein skimmers

## Shipping (live orders)
- Carrier: UPS Next Day Air in insulated boxes with heat or ice packs as needed
- Ship days: Monday to Wednesday, for Tuesday to Thursday arrival; you choose the delivery date in the cart
- Order cut-off: 6:00 PM Eastern for next-day delivery
- Ships to: the 48 continental US states and Washington DC (not Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO, PO Boxes or PMBs)
- Order minimum: $60
- Flat rate: $44.99
- Regional flat rate: $28.99 to New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania
- Free livestock shipping on orders of $329 or more
- Aquarium supplies ship free; lighting, powerheads, return pumps and skimmers ship free directly from our distributor
- Local pickup in New Jersey by appointment

## Arrive Alive guarantee
- Report a dead-on-arrival coral by email within 2 hours of the UPS delivery timestamp
- Include photos of the coral inside the sealed original bag and out of the bag
- The recipient must be present for the first delivery attempt
- Verified claims receive a replacement or store credit; original shipping is not refunded

## Returns
- Livestock is final sale once shipped or picked up
- Livestock cancelled before it ships: 100% store credit (valid 12 months) or a refund minus a 25% restocking fee
- Unopened, unused dry goods: returnable within 30 days with prior email authorization
