Anacropora

Anacropora is the SPS sleeper hit — a delicate-looking, fine-branched genus often described as the bridge between Montipora and Acropora, but with a growth rate that outpaces both. Its slender branches carry dense, brightly colored polyps that give whole colonies a fuzzy, glowing halo. Despite the fragile look, Anacropora is notably forgiving: moderate-to-high light, decent randomized flow, and reasonable parameter stability will see it thicket outward impressively fast, making it a superb "first branching SPS."
