The Duncan Coral (Duncanopsammia axifuga) might be the friendliest LPS in the hobby. Its whorls of flowing tentacles surround glowing centers, and healthy colonies bud new heads at an addictive pace — a two-head frag can become a bouquet within months. Duncans are peaceful, hardy, and perfect for beginners: moderate light, gentle-to-moderate flow, and stable alkalinity are all they ask. Target-feed pellets or mysis to individual heads and watch the colony multiply even faster.
